分享一个自动压缩项目图片的插件

目前只能用于 Windows (因为自带了 Windows exe), 构建项目的时候自动压缩图片。PNG 用 pngquant，JPEG 用 jpegtran。如果有大量图片的话，能显著减少项目的体积。
