用Player运行自带的例子是正常的吗?

我也碰到这个情况了。现在用的是cocos2d-x-3.3rc0,quick-3.3rc0(VERSION文件改成了3.2rc1)。在code ide内新建了quick工程后,用xcode打开运行出现
复制了一部分日志,都是load framework失败的日志

但是用自带的player可以运行,没有问题

看一下工程的res目录下有没有framework_quick.zip文件呢

我刚才看了一下,framework_quick.zip文件是在res下的

看错误提示是framework_quick.zip里面编译的字节码文件格式不对。
问一下,你用的xcode是什么版本的?因为player是能调起来的,说明新建工程里使用的luajit库可能不一样导致解析出错。
实在不行的话,把zip文件删掉,把quick目录下的framework目录复制到src目录下来使用吧。
