在ios入口文件AppController.mm中AppDelegate没有使用new的方式进行对象创建，static AppDelegate s_sharedApplication;
请问一下这两种方式有什么不同呢，为什么不都用一种方式创建呢，小白不是很懂，希望各位多多指教
