cocos2d-js中怎么暂停1秒后执行某个函数?

我是希望让一个sprite(nextcell)在执行以下的MoveTo动作之后再执行刷新函数refresh();
var moveto = cc.MoveTo.create(0.4, cell.getPosition());
var moveback = cc.MoveTo.create(0, beforePoint);
nextCell.runAction(cc.Sequence.create(moveto,moveback));
该怎么弄呢?!

cc.delayTime() ?

暂停?是延迟1s后执行吧?
两种方法:
1.用单次调度器,时间间隔设为1s
2.用delayTime,sequence.create(delayTime.create(1.0f),Callfunc.create());
