cocos2dx最近不能下载，以前都可以，每次点击下载会最先跳入这个网址：http://220.112.194.134:9011/www.cocos2d-x.org/c3pr90ntc0td/filedown/cocos2d-x-3.15.zip。
然后会迅速跳入http://220.112.194.134:9011/filedown/start/372，出现的信息如下：
