sample中的WebSocketTest和SocketIOTest运行错误

我使用的版本是Cocos2d-JSv3.3

ExtensionTest中的SocketIOTest与WebSocketTest运行时会出错。

SocketIOTest运行时，当点击Open SocketIO Client时，Chrome控制台显示：
GET http://tools.itharbors.com:4000/socket.io/1/?t=1425572947895 net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

WebSocketTes运行时，Chrome控制台显示：WebSocket connection to ‘ws://invalid.url.com/’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 301

cocos2dx 现在是不是走下坡路了？ lua的没什么动静， js的也是。。。
