创建 effct 么？我这边没复现呢。
我这边这个是必先的引擎是 3.1.1
写的这个effect在编辑器是能正常显示效果的，只是报错，浏览器运行就直接不行了。
现在新版本也是 3.8.5 浏览器是警告，然后没任何效果 [.WebGL-0x12800a11200] GL_INVALID_OPERATION: It is undefined behaviour to have a used but unbound uniform buffer.了解此警告AI
localhost/:1 WebGL: too many errors, no more errors will be reported to the console for this context.
