请教一下 creator 2.4.x 脚本如何创建 Material ？

最近在学shader和材质方面的知识，看了一下panda大大 https://github.com/pandamicro/heartfelt.git中 的源码，发现可以根据配置实现自定义材质，请问一下2.4.x还支持这样创建 techique 吗 @panda 。
